• Indoor air quality is a major concern to businesses, building managers, tenants, and employees because it can impact the health, comfort, well being, and productivity of building occupants. Individuals spend up to 90% of their time indoors and many spend most of their working hours in an office environment.

• Pollutants in our indoor environment can increase the risk of illness. Most buildings do not have severe indoor air quality problems; even well-run buildings can sometimes experience episodes of poor indoor air quality.
• Pollutants can be generated by outdoor or indoor sources, including building maintenance activities, pest control, housekeeping, renovation or remodeling, new furnishings or finishes, and building occupant activities.
• There are numerous sources of airborne toxic pollutants in these indoor environments where outdoor air ventilation provides the only primary means to dilute pollutant concentrations. • Ozone is effective for preventing the growth of bacteria and mildew in a bathroom, as well as neutralizing any unpleasant bathroom odors. Due to the strong oxidizing power of ozone it is extremely useful for oxidizing and eliminating paint fumes and odors directly after a room or building have been painted.
• Odors and bacteria are significantly reduced by ozone in washrooms. Noxious airborne chemicals and surface bacteria cause unpleasant and harmful odors. Ozone not only deodorizes washrooms effectively, it also kills the germs than can lurk on surfaces such as taps and toilets.

IN AIR CONDITIONING: -

• By treating the air conditioning system with ozone, you can prevent the buildup of bacteria and fungi this will eliminate bad smell and the spread of health problems such as, allergies, rashes ,colds, viruses & legionnaires.

IN HVAC: -

• Ozone has been successfully reduced smell, bacteria, mould, mildew and other micro organisms from the HVAC system. Ozone is increasingly being used in HVAC system to improve the indoor air quality and also to improve the energy efficiency of the HVAC cooling coils.

IN SMOKING ROOMS: -

• Ozone treatment can leave the room odor free as the gas reacts with the smoke molecules, effectively separating them and allowing them to dissipate.
• Ozone neutralizes any odors and is especially effective for getting rid of the smell of cigarette smoke, even if it has permeated the furniture and curtains. Also eradicated by ozone are the smell of paint or glue fumes, spilt alcohol, pet urine, mildew and damp, body odors and fire damage etc.
• Ozone is especially useful for the day after a party when a room still smells like cigarettes, alcohol or foods even after the guests have gone and the room has been cleaned. An ozone generator left on in a closed room overnight will totally deodorize the room, carpets, furniture and curtains.

IN COOLING TOWER: -

• Cooling tower water requires extensive treatment. During Cooling Tower water treatment, three main factors must be controlled.
• Corrosion of pipes and heat exchanger units.
• Scaling in pipes and (mainly) in heat exchangers.
• Microbial growth (bacteria algae).
• These three aspects cannot be viewed separately. Conventional treatment techniques are mainly applications of chemical biocides, corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors. Ozone is a reliable alternative that controls the above-mentioned factors sufficiently.
